Webhosting Advice – Need a review?

Hi,
I begin, do not waste your time publishing affiliate links to other hosts here, I'm looking for opinions of my hosting settings do not buy more.
With that out of the way, here is the question. . .
I run a small business web hosting, standard offers Shared Hosting and Reseller Hosting. I also decided all the plans FFmpeg too much. Recently I have noticed, I have been getting less and less the result of the last few months. I was wondering if someone can check my site and after any advice.
As well as some advice, in particular, I would like answers to these questions:
If you were a potential customer, who can make or break the sale for you?
I would like to see more?
My Hosting stands out?

I've been a customer BlueHost so long, but the rise in user-submitted video content of a lack of ffmpeg module, I have to look for the rest of the hosting providers. . .
I've been researching web hosts offer a module for ffmpeg to convert video to FLV. In his view, web hosting, which is the highest quality of price, until time, speed, bandwidth and file storage space shared hosting environment?
Note that ffmpeg is necessary to make my website. . .
